A collaborative multi‐platform project with participating artists and writers from Edinburgh and Athens, Greece. Another Athens explores the experience of the inhabitants of a city informed by their personal attachment to a place and its intellectual and cultural heritage.
In Edinburgh, the project consists of a text-based collaborative artwork that will be translated into both an online interactive structure, a gallery‐based exhibition with building projections, accompanied by artists’ film screenings and a symposium.
In Athens, the project will include the texts, the online interactive structure and an interpretive audio piece. The exhibition will also integrate films responding to the topic at hand.

Το SpartAn σε συνεργασία με το Snehta residency και το Interviewroom11 παρουσιάζουν το Another Athens “Μια άλλη Αθήνα»: To Another Athens είναι μια πολυ‐ πλατφόρμα με συμμετέχοντες εικαστικούς και συγγραφείς απο το Εδιμβούργο και την Αθήνα.
Το project στην Αθήνα θα συμπεριλάβει τα κείμενα των εικαστικών‐συγγραφέων καθώς επίσης και την ηλεκτρονική πλατφόρμα μίξης των κειμένων που θα επιτρέπει στο κοινό την καταχώρηση επιπλέον υλικού. Θα γίνουν προβολές επιλεγμένων φίλμ και παρουσίαση ενός ερμηνευτικού ‐ ακουστικού εργου αποτέλεσμα μιας πρωτογενούς κατεργασίας των Αθηναϊκών κειμένων απο τους συμμετέχοντες στο Εδιμβούργο.
